“食品添加剂”课程教学模式改革研究

摘    要:在当今“慕课”和“金课”日益盛行的教学模式下,针对“食品添加剂”课程传统教学“以教师讲授为主”、教学模式陈旧、学生被动接受知识、课程考核方式单一、学习成效不显著等缺点,从教学方式、考核方式进行初步改革探讨,使课前预习和课堂听课有机融合,推进翻转课堂,逐步向“金课”建设过渡,提升学生自主学习能力,促进教学质量提高。

Abstract:Under current teaching mode,MOOC and golden course is increasingly prevalent.For the course of Food Additives,the traditional teaching methods exist some drawbacks such as“teacher-oriented”,old teaching mode,passively accept-knowledge for the students,single curriculum assessment method,unsatisfactory learning effect,and so on.In this paper,the novel teaching mode and methods and assessment methods were reformed and explored,aiming to enhance the deep integration of pre-class preview and classroom listening,promote flipped classroom,and gradually transfer to the construction of“golden lesson”,improve students'ability of independent learning,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
