葡萄籽中原花青素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:以葡萄种子为原料,采用对比试验,探讨了乙醇浸提葡萄籽原花青素的工艺,确定了最佳的提取方法为:乙醇与水的比例为6∶4,在温度50℃下,超声波处理20min。在此条件下,可以得到颜色较好的原花青素粗品。

Abstract:The research used grape seed as experiment material,mainly focused on extracting of seed procyanidins in grape seed by alcohol extraction with using contrast experiment. The results showed that the extraction time was 20 min,the extraction temperature was 50 ℃,mass ratio of material to alcohol was 6∶4. Under this condition,the extraction production was relatively good.
