摘    要:以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,用Florisl固相萃取柱净化,采用GC—ECD测定,峰面积定量,来检测蜂胶中氟胺氰菊酯的残留量。该方法操作简单,氟胺氰菊酯的回收率及精密度较高。采用本方法所检测结果的重现性及回收率明显改善,氟胺氰菊酯的加标回收率为80.8%~95.4%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.8%,最低检出限为0.001~0.005mg/kg(当称样量为5.00g时)。

Abstract:In this paper,the fluvalinate was extracted by the dichloromethane,cleaned-up with the florisl solid phase extract column,the fluvalinate residue in propolis was quantified with the GC- ECD and the area of peak. This method was easy to handle,the result of determination has better repeat and higher recovery,the recovery of fluvalinate residue was 80.8%~ 95.4%,the RSD was 1.8%~4.8%,the minimum detection concentration was 0.001~0.005 mg/kg (as the detection quantity of samples were 5.00 g) .
