壳聚糖对白色念珠菌的抑菌研究

摘    要:对壳聚糖抑制白色念珠菌活性进行研究,考察壳聚糖对真菌中白色念珠菌活性的主要影响因素(不同壳聚糖浓度、pH值、金属离子、醋酸浓度),对其进行正交试验,确定壳聚糖对白色念珠菌抑菌活性的最优条件。结果表明,最佳抑菌条件为:A1B3C1,即壳聚糖质量分数为0.05%,pH值4,醋酸体积分数为1.5%。抑菌活性的影响程度为:壳聚糖浓度>醋酸浓度>pH值。

Abstract:This article studies on chitosan inhibiting Candida albicans activity of chitosan against fungi,investigation of Candida albicans in the activity of the main influence factors(different Chitosan concentration,pH,concentration of metal ions,acetic acid),the orthogonal test,to determine the effect of chitosan on Candida albicans bacteriostatic activity of optimal conditions.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for the A1B3C1,antibacterial chitosan concentration is 0.05%,pH is 4,acetic acid in a concentration of 1.5%.The severity of antibacterial activity is chitosan concentration > acetate concentration > pH.
