摘    要:冷链物流是新型的储运模式,由于冷藏能最大限度地保持食品的新鲜程度、色泽风味和营养成分,冷链物流成为公认最好的食品储运形式。冷链物流中的果蔬包装,必须保护产品克服外部侵蚀,如:氧化、水蒸气、微生物侵扰、灰尘污染等。为保持冷气流通,包装箱开有一些圆孔。介绍了果蔬冷链物流适用的包装工艺方法。

Abstract:Cold chain logistics is a new mode of storage and transportation.Because frozen foods can best preserve their natural freshness,pigments,flavors and nutrient contents,cold chain logistics has been acknowledged as the best modes of foods storage and transportation.The packaging of fruit and vegetable,used for in cold chain logistics,has to provide protection against external influences,such as atmospheric oxygen,water vapor,microbial attack,dust and contamination.To ensure a flow of cooling air,some round holes have been provided on the cartons.The packing technology for cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetable is described.
