摘    要:阐述了过敏反应的原因、抗过敏活性成分的作用机制,侧重对近年来检验抗过敏食品活性方法进行了综述。过敏性疾病对过敏人群的正常生活造成了较为严重的困扰,抑制过敏发病率,开发新型抗过敏功能性食品成为近年来的热门方向。如今,研究抗过敏活性的方法不断增加完善,为需要研究抗过敏活性方法的研究者提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the causes of allergic reaction and the mechanism of anti allergic active ingredients were briefly described.The methods of testing the activity of anti allergic food in recent years were reviewed.Allergic diseases have caused serious problems to the allergic group's normal life,and the incidence rate of allergy has been suppressed.The development of new anti allergic functional foods has become a popular trend in recent years.Nowadays,the research methods of antiallergic activity are increasing and improving.This paper provided a reference for researchers who need to study the methods of antiallergic activity.
