摘    要:鱼类凝集素成员种类繁多、功能多样,是鱼体免疫系统的重要组成部分。随着生物技术的发展,人们不断从鱼体内分离出多种具有生物活性的凝集素,对鱼类凝集素的研究逐年增多。以鱼类凝集素为研究对象,结合国内外研究成果,对鱼类凝集素的分类及功能等进行阐述,以期为今后的研究及应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Fish lectin is an important part of the immune system of fish,which has a variety of species and functions.With the development of biotechnology,many bioactive lectins have been isolated from fish,and the research on fish lectin is increasing year by year.In this paper,fish lectin as the research object,combined with the research results at home and abroad,the classification and function of fish lectin were described,which provided a certain reference for its future research and application.
