万寿菊花中α-三连噻吩的提取研究

摘    要:以万寿菊花为原料,用氯仿提取其中光活化杀虫物质α-三连噻吩,并利用气相色谱测定所提取液中α-三连噻吩的含量。通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了料液比、提取时间和提取温度等因素对α-三连噻吩得率的影响。实验表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:料液比为1∶20,提取时间为5h,提取温度为85℃,提取率达到1.5042%。

Abstract:The marigold flower was used to extract photo activity pesticide α-terthienyl with chloroform,and the α-terthienyl extracted was measured with gas chromatography.Through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments the influence on the yield of α-terthienyl by factors such as the ratio of material to solvent,extracting time and temperature was studied.The experiment showed that the optimal condition is that the ratio of material to solvent is 1∶20,the extracting time is 5 h and the extracting temperature is 85 ℃,and the yield of α-terthienyl reached 1.504 2%.
