玉米Reid种质DH系遗传分析

摘    要:为探讨玉米Reid种质遗传改良效果,本研究以Reid类群重要种质J1491、J1492、J1493、J1495、J1498与PH6WC构建基础群体,通过DH技术育成DH系,经鉴定从中选取5个代表DH系6DH6、6DH7、6DH9、6DH10、6DH12作母本,以Non-Reid群5个优良自交系作父本,按NCII设计组配25个杂交组合,对DH系单株产量及其构成因素的杂种优势、配合力和相关方面进行了研究。结果表明,单株产量杂种优势以组合6DH7×J1628最高为180.22%,组合6DH12×J1673最低为54.94%;单株产量一般配合力效应值最高的有6DH7和6DH10,穗长、穗粗亦为正效应,因此认为6DH7和6DH10更具应用潜力;特殊配合力效应值最高的组合是6DH7×J1673。各产量性状中穗长、穗粗和秃尖长,狭义遗传率高,主要以基因加性效应为主。本研究为鉴定有潜在价值的DH系及杂交种提供选择,为玉米遗传改良提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the genetic improvement effect of maize Reid germplasm, this study constructed the basic population with J1491, J1492, J1493, J1495, J1498 and PH6 WC, an important germplasm of Reid group.The DH line was bred by DH technique, and 5 DH lines, 6 DH6, 6 DH7, 6 DH9, 6 DH10 and 6 DH12 were selected as the female parent. Five excellent inbred lines of Non-Reid group were used as the male parent. According to NCII design, 25 hybrid combinations were matched to study the heterosis, combining ability and related aspects of DH line yield and its components. The results showed that the heterosis of yield per plant was the highest(180.22%)in combination with 6 DH7×J1628, and the lowest in combination with 6 DH12 ×J1673 was 54.94%. The highest yielding effect of single plant was 6 DH7 and 6 DH10, and the ear length and ear diameter were also positive effect,so 6 DH7 and 6 DH10 are considered to have more application potential;The combination with the highest special combining effect value is 6 DH7 ×J1673. In the yield traits, the ear length, ear diameter and bald tip length were long, and the narrow heritability was high, mainly due to the additive effect of genes. This study provides a selection for the identification of potentially valuable DH lines and hybrids, and provides a reference for genetic improvement of maize.
