水稻粒长基因GS3在聚合育种中的效应

摘    要:为探索利用水稻粒长基因GS3以及单片段代换系进行谷粒长性状设计育种的可行性,本研究利用以籼稻品种"华粳籼74"为遗传背景且携带谷粒长基因GS3的单片段代换系与携带其它优良基因的单片段代换系杂交进行了分子聚合育种。在F4获得了26份含GS3和其它优良基因的纯合聚合系,谷粒长测定证实这些聚合系都获得了目标谷粒长表型,有效地改良了华粳籼74的外观品质。研究结果表明利用单片段代换系和GS3可以实现谷粒长的设计育种。
