摘    要:花叶藓科(Calymperaceae)科内各属分类位置及亲缘关系一直存在争议,本研究通过对花叶藓科8属24种植物的3个叶绿体基因(trnL-F, rbcL, rps4)进行分子系统学分析,同时随机选取曲尾藓目(Dicranales)、丛藓目(Pottiales)以及白发藓科(Leucobryaceae)内各2个种为外群;综合最大似然法(Maximum likelihood)以及邻接法(Neighbour joining)构建系统发育树,旨在为花叶藓科属间关系提供依据。通过基于三种叶绿体基因并采用两种建树方法构建的系统发育树显示:拟外网藓属(Exostratum)、白睫藓属(Leucophanes)及八齿藓属(Octoblepharum)与其他花叶藓科各属聚为一个大支,并且整体靠近丛藓目的种。本研究结果支持拟外网藓属、白睫藓属和八齿藓属隶属于花叶藓科,同时花叶藓科与丛藓目植物亲缘关系更近。本研究结果为花叶藓科植物的分类地位提供数据支撑,为藓类植物系统分类的进一步研究提供理论基础。

Abstract:Taxonomic position of Calymperaceae and genetic relationship of the genera of this family are controversial.This study performed a molecular systematic analysis of three chloroplast genes(trnL-F,rbcL,rps4)from 24 plants of 8 genera of Calymperaceae,meanwhile two species of Dicranales,Pottiales and Leucobryaceae,respectively,were randomly selected as out groups.Construction of phylogenetic tree based on maximum likelihood method and neighbor joining method were designed to provide evidences for the relationship among the genera.Based on two phylogenetic trees of the three-gene combination,three genera of Exostratum,Leucophanes,and Octoble-pharum and other genera of the Calymperaceae were gathered into a big branch,and overall closer to the species of Pottiales.The results supported the genera Exostratum,Leucophanes and Octoblepharum are belonging to Calymperaceae,and Calymperaceae is more homologous to the Pottiales order.The results of this study provided data supports to the taxonomic position of Calymperaceae,and theoretical basic of further phylogenic researches of mosses.
