摘    要:大白菜(Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)是中国种植面积较大的蔬菜作物之一,其不仅可以为人体补充维生素C和维生素E,对预防心血管疾病也有很大的帮助。大白菜在生长发育过程中受许多不利环境的影响,包括盐碱胁迫、水涝胁迫、重金属胁迫、温度胁迫等非生物胁迫,以及病虫害等生物胁迫。这些胁迫会引起大白菜发生一系列的变化,不仅会影响大白菜体内相关基因的表达,还会影响细胞的代谢和生长发育等过程。在这些胁迫下,大白菜自身能产生一定的抗逆性,但随着胁迫的增加,其自身产生的抗逆性不足以抵抗环境中较严重的非生物胁迫和生物胁迫,胁迫的影响使得大白菜不能正常生长甚至死亡,从而导致大白菜减产,造成市场供应不足的现象发生。本综述总结了近年来非生物胁迫和生物胁迫对大白菜生长的影响,并对大白菜应对胁迫而产生的抗逆性进行了概括,以期为后续的大白菜抗逆性研究提供参考。

Abstract:Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)is one of the vegetable crops with large planting area in China.It can support vitamin C and vitamin E for human body,and help to prevent cardiovascular diseases.In the processes of growth and development,Chinese cabbage is affected by many adverse environments,including salt and alkali stress,waterlogging stress,heavy metal stress,temperature stresses and other abiotic stresses,as well as biotic stresses such as pests and pathogen diseases.These stresses will cause a series of changes in Chinese cabbage,not only affecting the expression of related genes in Chinese cabbage,but also affecting the metabolism,growth and development of cells.Under these stresses,Chinese cabbage itself can produce certain stress resistance,but with the increase of stress,its own stress resistance is not enough to resist the more serious abiotic and biotic stresses in the environments.Under the influence of the stresses,Chinese cabbage cannot grow normally or even die,then resulting in the reduction of Chinese cabbage production,and insufficient market supply.In this article,the effects of abiotic stresses and biological stresses on the growth of Chinese cabbage in recent years were summarized,and the stress resistance of Chinese cabbage were generalized,in order to provide references for the following studies of stress resistance of Chinese cabbage.
