Abstract:The genetic diversity of non-heading Chinese cabbage was analyzed,and the marker loci associated with morphological traits were screened to provide a basis for molecular marker-assisted selection of morphological traits,utilization of germplasm resources,and breeding of new varieties.Based on 54 types of germplasm resources with large differences and southern characteristics as materials,three field surveys were performed on its6 quality traits and 5 quantitative traits.25 SSR primers were selected from 40 primers for genetic diversity analysis.Based on morphological characteristics,statistical analysis was performed on 54 germplasm resources of non-heading Chinese cabbage.The results showed that there were abundant diversity among 6 quality traits and significant differences among 5 quantitative traits.Among them,the SA coefficient of variation was the largest,and FC was significantly positively correlated with L,W,and SA.A total of 25 SSR primers were detected.72 polymorphic loci,an average of 2.88 polymorphic loci per pair of SSR primers,and an average PIC of 0.3831,indicating that SSR in non-heading Chinese cabbage is rich in genetic diversity;54 non-heading Chinese cabbages are genetically similar.The variation range of the coefficient is 0.492~0.963,with an average of 0.742.The test material can be divided into 3 groups at a genetic distance of 0.6;5 marker sites associated with quantitative traits were found through association analysis,and the phenotypic variation of each marker was explained.The rate is 0.4657~0.6329,with an average of 0.5393.The five marker sites obtained in this experiment can provide basis for molecular marker breeding of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
