| 摘 要： | 西瓜是世界上重要的水果之一.分子标记技术在西瓜研究中的应用,无疑给西瓜的遗传育种工作带来了极大的便利.目前,已成功应用于西瓜亲缘关系和遗传多样性分析、图谱构建、重要性状基因的连锁标记和杂种纯度鉴定等诸多领域,本文从种质资源遗传多态性与亲缘关系、遗传图谱的构建、目标性状的连锁分子标记与分子标记辅助育种、品种及杂交种纯度鉴定等方面展开综述,探讨近年来分子标记技术在西瓜遗传育种上的应用研究进展.
