摘    要:本研究通过对9个黑龙江省地方玉米自交系的幼胚培养,探讨不同基因型、不同培养条件对幼胚离体培养的影响。结果表明:玉米幼胚愈伤组织的形成能力因其基因型的不同而呈显著差异,不同基因型要求的最适培养基存在差异。同时,愈伤组织的形成还与植物激素配比有关。其中,2,4-D是最重要的因素,适合的2,4-D浓度有利于愈伤组织的诱导。

Abstract:In this research,we employed nine varieties of Heilongjiang maize (Zea mays L.) inbred lines to be as materials,and the immature embryos of them were used to induce embryogenie callus.We inquired into the effect of genotype and culture condition on embryo culture in vitro of maize.The results showed that there were significant deviation in ability of embryogenic callus establishment of different maize genotypes,and different genotypes of maize demanded different optimum culture medium.It was also found that the formation of callus relating to plant hormone combinations.On the whole,the concentration of 2,4-D was found to be the most important factor,and the suitable concentration of 2,4-D made for the induction ofembryogenie callus.
