东方百合鳞茎快速增长的组培体系研究

摘    要:以东方百合栽培品种‘Sorbonne’和‘Siberia’的组培苗为试验材料,研究了蔗糖、6-BA、IAA、PP333及活性炭(AC)的添加浓度对组培苗小鳞茎增重和直径生长的影响;结果表明:80g/L蔗糖浓度有利于‘Sorbonne’和‘Siberia’组培苗小鳞茎增重;6-BA浓度为0.2mg/L、IAA浓度为0.5和1.0mg/L时‘Sorbonne’和‘Siberia’组培苗小鳞茎平均直径增加最大,分别为120.7%和138.0%;PP333浓度达3.2mg/L和1.6mg/L时,‘Sorbonne’和‘Siberia’的组培苗小鳞茎平均直径增加最大,分别达到505.7%和211.3%;AC浓度达到2.0g/L时‘Sorbonne’试管苗小鳞茎平均直径增加最大,浓度达到4.0g/L‘Siberia’组培苗小鳞茎平均直径增加最大,分别为194.7%和220.3%。

Abstract:The effects of the concentration of sucrose,6-BA,IAA,PP333 and AC on bulblet's diameter growth were studied with plantlet of oriental lily 'Sorbonne' and 'Siberia' in tube.The results showed that higher sucrose concentration could promote bulblet's diameter increasing,and the best concentration of sucrose was 80g/L.When the concentration of 6-BA was 0.2mg/L and the concentrations of IAA were 0.5mg/L and 1.0mg/L,the ratio of diameter increase for bulblets of 'Sorbonne' and 'Siberia' was the largest.They were 120.7% and 138.0% increasement compared with 80g/L both for 'Sorbonne' and 'Siberia' respectively.The ratios of diameter increased were the largest at the concentration of PP333:3.2mg/L and 1.6mg/L,which were 505.7% and 211.3% increasement.The best concentration of AC favored 'Sorbonne' buldlet swelling was 2.0g/L,while that favored Siberia bulblet swelling was 4.0g/L.The ratios of bulblet increasing were 194.7% for 'Sorbonne' and 220.3% for 'Siberia'.
