摘    要:摘要:对盆栽延胡索进行不同水分条件的试验,测量其蒸腾耗水量,研究延胡索在生育各时期中的耗水特征以及水分条件与产量的关系,为陕南延胡索规范化种植的合理灌溉提供理论依据。研究表明:延胡索的耗水量在全生育期内有两个高峰期,分别为12月和3~4月。不同的水分处理对延胡索产量有一定影响,水分不足会抑制延胡索地上部分生长,减少地下部分物质积累量。

Abstract:Pot experiments of Corydalis yanhusuo were carried out in different water conditions in South Shaanxi province. Base on regular observation of water consumption from transpiration, economic yield and water use efficiency, the characteristics of water consumption at different developing stages and the relationship between the water supply and yield of Corydalis yanhusuo were studied. The water consumption of Corydalis yanhusuo in the growing stage appeared two peaks, and two peaks appeared December and March to April. Effects showed that it was significant for influence of moisture on yield, remained steady with 75% was the best, than was 55 % in the early days but 75% in the later period, 55 % was the worst. And water use efficiency did the same under three moisture treatments. The result showed that Corydalis yanhusuo was water-loving plant, and water deficiency could inhibit the growth of aerial part and the accumulation of part under ground. The suitable soil moisture was 75% of field maximum moisture capacity under field standardized condition. The sufficient and suitable water supply can prevent the yield of Corydalis yanhusuo from decreasing at two peaks of water consumption.
