| 摘 要： | 以春石斛试管苗为材料，探讨春石斛试管苗增殖的技术和方法。实验结果表明：1/2MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+KT1.5mg/L+NAA0.2㎎/L+80g/L加香蕉泥对不定芽增殖效果最好，增殖率可达340%，且母株长势健壮，叶色浓绿，植株无黄化现象。

| Abstract: | The Dendrobium nobile in vitro was used as the research material. Discussing the skill and way about its proliferation. The results indicated that the addition combination of 80g/L fruit juice of banana to the 1/2MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+KT1.5mg/L+NAA0.2㎎/L can improve the buds proliferation rate and reach to 340%, and the original grow strong while not appear etiolation. |
