不同培养料对双孢蘑菇营养品质的影响

为探索不同培养料对双孢蘑菇营养品质的影响，扩大双孢蘑菇培养料的范围，用新型培养料“土可乐”6号做栽培双孢蘑菇试验，考察子实体蛋白质、粗脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、灰分及钙含量等指标。设置6个处理，以传统粪草培养料为对照，每个处理设置5个重复。结果表明：含“土可乐”6号50%的处理子实体蛋白质、碳水化合物和钙的含量最高，粗脂肪含量最低，灰分与粗纤维含量中等，营养品质最好。粪草培养料的子实体蛋白质含量居其次，其粗脂肪含量最高。含“土可乐”6号100%和30%的处理子实体营养品质较差。其余各处理子实体营养品质居中等水平。试验表明，适量地加入“土可乐”6号，可明显提高双孢蘑菇子实体的营养品质。
