福建水产饲料重金属污染研究

摘    要:本文研究福建主要水产饲料及原料样品中铅、汞、无机砷、镉、铬等重金属污染状况;采用原子吸收光谱法和氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定样品中铅、汞、无机砷、镉、铬的含量;结果表明:水产饲料样品中铅含量在0.05 ~3.52 mg/kg;汞含量在<0.00~0.912 mg/kg;无机砷含量在<0.01~5.40 mg/kg;镉含量在0.08~3.05 mg/kg;铬含量在1.28~20.46 mg/kg。原料样品中的铅含量在<0.01~7.51mg/kg,汞含量在<0.001~0.476mg/kg,无机砷含量在<0.01~1.43mg/kg,镉含量在<0.01~1.39mg/kg;福建部分水产饲料中汞、无机砷、镉、铬等重金属含量超标,存在重金属污染和风险问题。

Abstract:The author studied the heavy metal pollution of lead,mercury,inorganic arsenic,cadmium and chrome in the sample of mainly aquatic feed and raw material in Fujian.The content of lead,mercury,inorganic arsenic,cadmium and chrome in samples were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that:lead content in the sample of aquatic feed were 0.05-3.52 mg/kg,mercury content were ≤0.912 mg/kg,inorganic arsenic levels were ≤ 5.40 mg/kg,cadmium content were 0.08-3.05 mg/kg and chrome content were 1.28-20.46 mg/kg.Lead content in the sample of raw material were ≤7.51 mg/kg,mercury content were ≤0.476 mg/kg,inorganic arsenic levels were ≤ 1.43 mg/kg and cadmium content were ≤1.39 mg/kg;the content of mercury,inorganic arsenic,cadmium and chromium were higher than the standard limit,and there were the heavy metal pollution and risk issues in part of aquatic feed in Fujian.
