开花期高温胁迫对水稻花粉粒性状及结实率的影响

摘    要:为探明花期高温胁迫对水稻花器官及其结实率的影响。利用人工气候箱在水稻抽穗开花期对特青及其渗入系YIL106进行高温处理,研究结果表明,热胁迫下,水稻的花粉活力、花粉萌发率、柱头上花粉粒数、花药开裂系数、以及结实率都比常温条件下要低;高温胁迫下热敏感渗入系YIL106的花粉活力、花粉萌发率、柱头上花粉粒数、花药开裂系数和结实率降低幅度均大于耐热品种特青。

Effect of High Temperature Stress on Pollen Traits and Seed Setting Rate of Rice at Flowering Stage
Abstract:Heat stress is one of the main abiotic stresses that limits plant biomass accumulation and yield. This study showed that the significant difference between YIL106 and TQ. The stained pollen rate, the pollen germination rate and the pollen grains on the stigma, the coefficient of anther dehiscence and the seed setting rate of rice under high temperature stress were lower than those under conventional temperature condition, the decrease scope of YIL106 were higher than that of Teqing. In this study, the significant difference was found between Teqing and YIL106, indicating that YIL106 was more sensitive to heat than TQ.
