复配杀菌剂对双孢蘑菇疣孢霉病的防治研究

摘    要:为了解决单一药剂的长期使用使致病菌产生抗药性及复配剂对双孢蘑菇疣孢霉病的防治问题,以双孢蘑菇疣孢霉为检测菌,对21种复配杀菌剂进行了实验室平板药效检测试验,并筛选对疣孢霉抑制力强的药剂组合进行菇床应用验证。结果显示,对疣孢霉病的防治效果和对双孢蘑菇生长的影响,不同复配杀菌剂存在很大差异,其中用4000倍与4800倍的复配杀菌剂(25%腐霉·福美双可湿性粉剂+70%百菌清可湿性粉剂,体积比1:1)和4000倍的复配杀菌剂(40%多·福可湿性粉剂+70%百菌清可湿性粉剂,体积比1:1)处理覆土材料,对防治疣孢霉病均有较好的实效,且对蘑菇的菌丝生长与子实体发育无不良影响,生产上值得推广。

Abstract:Abstract: the Agaricus bisporus Mycogone for detection of bacteria, the laboratory efficacy test plate on 21 kinds of bactericide, and screening of Fungicides on Mycogone self-control ability of the mushroom bed application verification. The results show that, different mixture fungicides on control effect of mould spore warts and influence on the growth of Agaricus bisporus have obvious difference, bactericide and the 4000 times and 4800 times (25% Pythium, thiram WP + 70% chlorothalonil wettable powder, the volume ratio of 1:1) and 4000 times of complex fungicide (40% Carbendazim+Thiram,WP + 70% chlorothalonil wettable powder, the volume ratio of 1:1) for covering soil treatments on Agaricus bisporus Mycogone peniciosa Magn has a good control effect, and the growth of mycelium and fruiting body of Agaricus bisporus were no adverse effects, The production is worth promoting .
