摘    要:摘 要:【目的】以甘肃省陇南地区栽植的11个核桃推广品种为研究对象,探讨不同品种核桃光合响应差异,为陇南地区核桃的高效栽植提供理论依据。【方法】利用LI-6400便携式光合分析系统(LI-COR, Lincoln, Nebraska, USA)中的自动光曲线程序,进行测量。分析光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)、净光合速率(Pn)、最大净光合速率(Amax)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)、以及胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、表观量子效率(AQY)等参数在11个核桃品种间的差异。【结果】结果表明,根据光合效率排序:‘维纳’>‘元丰’>‘陕核5号’>‘强特勒’>‘温185’>‘西洛3号’>‘香玲’>‘清香’>‘契可’>‘西洛2号’>‘京861’【结论】在11个核桃品种中,‘维纳’在强光及弱光条件下均适合密植;‘元丰’和‘陕核5号’适合在强光条件下进行密植;‘强特勒’在强光条件下可适当密植;而‘契可’与‘西洛2号’由于对光强适应范围较窄栽植时应注意保持间距,‘西洛3号’、‘清香’、‘香玲’对弱光利用效率较高适宜在弱光条件下密植;‘京861’在这11个品种中耐阴性最好,适合密栽植于光强较弱的区域。

Comparison of Photosynthetic Parameters of Walnut Varieties
Abstract:For efficient planting of walnut, we took 11 varieties planted in Longnan area of Gansu as research subjects to study the differences of photosynthetic response. By using an automated light curve program in the LI- 6400 portable photosynthesis analysis system (LI- COR, Lincoln, Nebraska, USA), we analyzed the differences of light saturation point (LSP ), light compensation point (LCP ), net photosynthetic rate (Pn ), maximum net photosynthetic rate (A max), dark respiration rate (Rd ), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci ), stomatal conductance (Gs ), transpiration rate (Tr ), apparent quantum yield (AQY ) and other parameters of the 11 varieties. The results showed that: the photosynthetic efficiency ranked as‘Vina’>‘Yuanfeng’>‘Shanhe No.5’>‘Chandler’>‘Wen 185’>‘Xiluo No.3’>‘Xiangling’>‘Qingxiang’>‘Qieke’>‘Xiluo No.2’>‘Jing 861’. Among the 11 varieties, the light intensity of‘Vina’adapted to a wide range and was suitable for close planting in both strong and low light ondition; ‘Yuanfeng’ and ‘Shanhe No.5’ were suitable for close planting under strong light condition;‘Chandler’had a strong adaptability and could be properly close planted under strong light condition; the planting space of‘Qieke’and‘Xiluo No.2’should be carefully maintained as their light intensity adaptability was narrow,‘Qieke’was suitable for planting in areas with strong sunlight while‘Xiluo No.2’was suitable for areas with weak light;‘Xiluo No.3’,‘Qingxiang’and‘Xiangling’had high weak light utilization efficiency and were more suitable for close planting under low light condition. Among the 11 varieties, the shade tolerance of‘Jing 861’is the best and suitable for close planting in the areas with weak light intensity.
