| 摘 要： | 对2010年棉花DUS测试指南修订版在测试性状的选择上比2008版指南更为实用高效的优势进行了总结，但对一些必测性状的划分定级还不够准确细化，在实践应用中仍存在对某些假质量性状是否选择、标准品种的确定以及近似品种应如何选择等问题，分析探讨了这些问题存在的原因，并提出了相应的对策和建议，以期为广大棉花育种者和棉花后续测试工作提供参考。
