西藏渔业资源调查研究进展

摘    要:为了能够更好的了解西藏渔业资源现状,有效保护珍稀濒危的冷水鱼资源,正确认识西藏渔业资源在合理开发和保护利用方面所面临的困境。本研究对西藏渔业资源的研究进展做了较为系统的归纳与分析,指出西藏有着丰富的水资源,但西藏水产产业发展滞后;资源利用极不充分;濒危物种未得到及时保护及利用,调查研究基础欠缺,基础设施建设薄弱,推广普及难度大,相关技术人员严重缺乏。整个西藏水产产业基本处于空白。为此需要建立基于高原水系资源系统的渔业资源监测网络,并针对此问题本研究提出了进一步调查研究的初步设想。

Abstract:

To better understand the fishery resources in Tibet, to effectively protect the rare and endangered cold -water fish resources, and also to further understand the difficulties faced by the fisheries resources in the rational exploitation and protect of utilization. This study made a systematic analysis of the research progress of the fishery resources in Tibet and showed that Tibet has abundant water resources, but the aquatic industry lads behind, resource utilization was extremely limited, endangered species had not been timely protected. It was very difficult to promote popularity of the aquatic industry in Tibet because of the weak infrastructure construction and a serious lack of relevant technical staff. In fact, the aquatic industry here better remains basically a bland. So it was both important and necessary to establish monitoring network based on the fishery resources of plateau water resources systems and proposed initial ideas for further investigation of the water resources.
