高等植物黄嘌呤脱氢酶的研究进展

摘    要:黄嘌呤脱氢酶(xanthine dehydrogenase,XDH)是钼酶家族成员之一,在嘌呤代谢过程中起重要作用,催化黄嘌呤和次黄嘌呤生成酰脲类物质,且与氮同化、激素代谢、活性氧产生等过程有关。因此对高等植物XDH的结构特征、生物学功能及最新研究进展等方面进行了综述,并展望了XDH在延缓叶片衰老方面的应用价值。

Abstract:Xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH), as a member of the molybdenum enzymes, plays an important role in purine metabolism, catabolizes xanthine and hypoxanthine to ureides, and involved in nitrogen assimilation, hormone homeostasis, reactive oxygen species production. In this paper, the latest knowledge on structure, biological function and recent advances of xanthine dehydrogenase in higher plants were reviewed. In addition, the value of delaying leaf senescence by xanthine dehydrogenase in practice was also discussed.
