狼毒根三种萃取物生物活性的测定

通过实验室测定，狼毒根在氯仿、石油醚和乙酸乙酯三种萃取物中，氯仿的萃取物对麦二叉蚜的触杀活性最高，为77.95%，其50mg/ml的浓度触杀活性最高，校正死亡率为95.00%。氯仿萃取物对甘蓝蚜的拒食活性最好，校正拒食率达到了87.85%。在氯仿萃取物的四个浓度中，（50mg/ml）的拒食活性最高，达到了91.84%，25mg/ml和16.67mg/ml的拒食率分别为87.04%和87.71%，12.5mg/ml的拒食活性仍然达到了84.82%。

Botanical Pesticides-Study on Biological Activity of Three Extraction from the Boot of Stellera chamaejasme

The bioactivity of Three extracts from Stellera chamaejasme (chloroform, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate) are studied, The result showed that: the contact toxicity of Chloroform against Schizaphis graminum were 77.95%, the calibrated mortality at a concentration of 50mg/ml is 95.00%. The antifeedant of chloroform extract against Brevicoryne brassicae L. was strongest among the extracts, the calibrated antifeedant rate is 87.85%. The antifeedant rate of four concentration(50mg/ml, 25mg/ml, 16.67mg/ml and 12.5mg/ml) of chloroform extract is 91.84%, 87.04%, 87.71% and 84.82%, respectively.
