紫色砂泥岩严重侵蚀区小流域综合治理 技术研究与效益评价 ——以重庆市丰都县铁炉沟小流域为例

铁炉沟小流域是水利部“948”项目实施小流域，在综合治理中突出了以建设基本农田为重点的坡改梯工程和以水土保持生态园区为特色的开发性综合治理，实现了水土保持措施产业化和社会效益可视化，同时也达到理想的生态效益目标。在此，研究了铁炉沟小流域综合治理技术，进行了生态效益、经济效益和社会效益分析，总结铁炉沟小流域综合治理的成功经验及其对砂泥岩地区小流域治理的借鉴意义。

Measures Study And Benefit Analysis on Comprehensive Management in Small Watershed in Seriously eroded Purple Sand-earth Rock Region Case study in tielugou watershed of Fengdu County of Chongqing

Tielugou small watershed, which is the implementary small watershed of the "948" project of Ministry of Water Resources, gives prominence to the project of terracing on slope which places stress on basic farmland building and the developmental comprehensive control which is characteristic of ecological landscape of soil and water conservation in the comprehensive control of which. Through the comprehensive control, Tielugou small watershed has achieved the industrialization of measures of soil and water conservation and the obvious society benefits, meanwhile, the nicer ecological benefits. This paper researches the technology of the comprehensive control of soil erosion of Tielugou small watershed, and the ecology, economic and society benefits of which are analyzed. At the end, the paper summarizes the successful experience of the comprehensive control of Tielugou small watershed and the referenced significance to the small water control of sand-earth rock region.
