3S技术支持下的北京市土地利用数据库变更

为了保持土地利用数据的现势性，北京市在土地利用数据库建立之后每年都会以区县为单位进行土地利用数据库变更工作。以北京市为例，采用SPOT-5遥感影像作为数据源，基于GPS的精确定位功能，结合GIS数据操作、管理、显示等的良好功能以及背景数据知识，对北京市的土地利用数据库进行了变更。该方法发挥了航空遥感技术的优势，在GPS实地测量和土地利用数据库的支持下，用GIS集成数据，从而完成了对北京市土地资源的动态监测和数据库的及时更新

Modification of Land Use Database in Beijing City Supported by 3S Technique

In order to keep current character of the land use datum, the land use information of Beijing city is modified after the foundation of database every year. Based on the accurate localization function of GPS and good function and background data of GIS, the database of the land use in Beijing was modified using SPOT-5 remote sensing image as the data source. This method showed off the advantage of the aviation remote sensing technology. Supported by the locating the detected change areas of GPS and the land use database, land resource dynamic monitoring and the land use database upgrading were finished using GIS integrated data in Beijing.
