大樱桃矮化砧吉塞拉(Gisela)的微体快繁技术体系研究

摘    要:以从国外引进的大樱桃矮化砧吉塞拉5、6为材料,在MS+6-BA1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L培养基上诱导出丛生芽;在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L的增殖培养基上3周增殖倍数可达10倍;在1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L的生根培养基上生根率可达70%-100%;温室炼苗后,移栽成活率可达90%以上。

Abstract:Using the imported Gisela Nos.5、6、7 as experimental seedling stock,studied complete sets of technology on microsome of Gisela’s dwarf rootstock propagating rapidly.On the regenerative culture medium of MS+BA1mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,its proliferows rate got up to 5—6 time as much after three weeks; Cultivated 25d of so on the rooting culture medium of 1/2MS+IBA0.3m9/2, its rooting rate reached over seventy percent; test-tube saplings having taken root were transplanted in soil texture hased on river sand.Small arch plastic shed in conservatory kept moisture and temperature, the survival rate of transplant came up to more than ninety percent.
