甜高粱茎秆主要饲用品质性状的遗传研究

摘    要:摘 要: 通过配置三个正反交组合,研究饲用高粱茎秆的糖锤度、粗蛋白和粗纤维等饲用品质性状的遗传规律。结果表明,糖锤度、粗蛋白和粗纤维不存在细胞质效应,其F1代杂种优势不明显且与双亲存在显著正相关;糖锤度、粗蛋白及粗纤维的广义遗传力分别为74.5%、61.8%、64.4%。三个性状均表现出了数量性状的特征。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to research the heritage laws of brix, crude protein and crude fiber of stalk in Sweet Sorghum, three reciprocal cross combinations were designed. The results showed that brix, crude protein and crude fiber didn’t have cytoplasmic effect. There were no obvious heterosis in their correlations, and there was significant positive correlation between F1 and their parents. The broad heritability of brix, crude protein and crude fiber was respectively 74.5%, 61.8% and 64.4%. The three characters were all revealed the feature of quantitative character.
