| 摘 要： | 机关与事业单位人员支农方式是杭州市在用制度将社会资源和工作重心向农村转移的重要途径。为了规范机关与事业单位各类人员支农的运作，需要建立协调机制来协调杭州市各派出单位、派驻单位和支农人员的利益，以共同服务于新农村建设这一根本目标。为了规范机关与事业单位各类人员支农的运作，需要杭州市各类主管部门建立支农人员的考核机制。

| Abstract: | The institution personnel support agriculture has more effective in uses the social resources to in countryside shift in HangZhou.In order to operate each kind of personnel support agriculture to serve new rural reconstruction,HangZhou need to establish the mechanism to coordinate the organization's and personnel's benefit,and need establish each kind of inspection mechanism. |
