野生少花龙葵营养成分的分析

摘    要:对野生植物少花龙葵嫩叶的主要营养成分、维生素、矿质元素等进行了分析测定,并与三种常用蔬菜进行了对比研究。结果表明,少花龙葵嫩叶中粗蛋白、粗纤维、灰分和可溶性总糖含量较高,分别为2.95%、1.57%、1.73%和0.46%。维生素C和维生素B1含量丰富,分别为88.7和67.10 mg/100g FW。嫩叶中还含有丰富的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn等元素,尤其Ca、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量高于三种常用蔬菜。因此,少花龙葵是具有很好开发价值的野生植物资源。

Abstract:The contents of main components, some vitamins and mineral elements in tender leaves of Solanum photeinocarpum NaKamura et odashima were analyzed, and that were compared with those of three common vegetables. The results showed that it was rich in crude protein, crude fiber, and ash and total sugar. The contents were 2.95%, 1.57%, 1.73% and 0.46% respectively. The contents of VC and VB1 are high, 88.7 and 67.10 mg/100g FW respectively. Additionally, it was rich in Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn. Especially, the contents of Ca, Zn, Cu, Mn were higher than those in common vegetables, Therefore, it was the wild plant which has a great value in exploitation.
