金银花中戊唑醇、苯醚甲环唑的残留分析

摘    要:为解决金银花种植过程中农药的使用问题,以金银花为试验对象,选用广谱杀菌剂戊唑醇和苯醚甲环唑,采用常量、倍量、二次和三次灌根处理,对最终的残留含量进行分析。头茬花各处理中苯醚甲环唑均未检出,而二茬花中戊唑醇的残留量为0.14~0.22 mg/kg,存在残留超标风险。建议使用10%苯醚甲环唑4000倍液灌根处理,防治金银花土传病害,灌根2~3次,安全间隔期15天。

Abstract:The paper aims to solve the problem of fungicides use in Lonicera japonica planting. Two broadspectrum fungicides, tebuconazole and difenoconazole, were used on L. japonica for root irrigation treatment in this study. Recommended dose, double recommended dose of fungicides for twice and triple times treatment were adopted. The final fungicide residues were analyzed. In the treatments of the first crop flowers,difenoconazole was not detectable, while for the second crop of flowers, tebuconazole residues was 0.14- 0.22 mg/kg which had a risk of exceeding standard. It is recommended to use 10% of difenoconazole WG of 4000 times dilution for the root treatment of L. japonica for 2-3 times with 15 days of safety interval.
