摘    要:为了探明高产玉米的氮素吸收和氮效率特性,为贵州省玉米高产合理施用氮肥提供依据。采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,以杂交玉米‘黔兴201’为材料,研究5个不同施氮水平对其氮素吸收及氮效率的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,‘黔兴201’产量随施氮量增加而增加,当施氮量为450 kg/hm2时,产量达到最大值。当施氮量在225~450 kg/hm2之间,叶片中氮素积累比例较高,茎中较低,果穗中最高,同时氮肥生理利用率比较高而稳定。氮肥吸收利用率和农学利用率随着施氮量的增加而降低。在本试验条件下,‘黔兴201’施氮量在225~450 kg/hm2,其氮肥吸收利用率、生理利用率及农学利用率较高,产量最高。

Abstract:Try to find the proper tevel of the nitrogen application for the high yield corn in Guizhou Province by studying the affection of the nitrogen absorption and the usage efficiency at the different levels of nitrogen application, using 'Qianxing201' as experimental material. The results showed that, the crop yield was increasing while increasing the quantity of nitrogen, it reached the highest when applied nitrogen at 450 kg/hm2. When applied nitrogen at 225-450 kg/hm2 the ear get the highest portion of nitrogen accumulate compare with leaf and stem, and physiological efficiency was high and stable. The nitrogen recovery efficiency and agronomic efficiency were decreasing while increasing the quantity of nitrogen. It was good combination on the yield and nitrogen efficiency when applied nitrogen between 225 kg/hm2 and 450 kg/hm2.
