| 摘 要： | 葛根是重要的药食两用作物,资源丰富,开发利用价值大,逐渐受到关注。为更好地为葛根资源的研究开发提供参考,笔者对葛根种类、分布、资源的品质性状,栽培、育苗,药用、食用、饲用和综合利用等研究进展进行了综述,指出了葛根种质资源及其开发利用研究中存在的问题,提出需要加强的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Radix pueratiae is one of important crops used as drug and food, and has been concerned by researcher and producer based its rich resources and extensive application. This paper reviewed the research progresses of radix pueratiae in germplasms, distribution, quality characteristics, cultivation, breeding, development and utilization as drug, food, feed et al. The problems and future research fields of radix pueratiae was put forward. |
