小麦转优质HMW-GS基因品系品质性状的年度间差异及其稳定性研究

摘    要:为了研究转基因品系龙辐06K1079和龙辐06K1083品质性状的年度间变化和稳定性,于2007—2010年将转基因系与其亲本‘龙辐麦8号’种在隔离区内,并连续4年进行了品质测定。用变异系数(CV)和回归系数(b)评价了转基因系与其亲本品质性状的稳定性。研究结果表明,转基因系的品质性状较其亲本有不同程度的改善,经差异显著性测定,龙辐06K1079的形成时间和龙辐06K1083的延伸性和面积与其亲本‘龙辐麦8号’相比差异达显著水平。不同品质性状对环境条件的反应不同,蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、延伸性和沉降值等品质性状相对比较稳定,而形成时间、稳定时间、面积和最大抗延阻力等品质性状稳定性较差。用变异系数(CV)和回归系数(b)进行稳定性评定,龙辐06K1083稳定性较好。

Abstract:

In order to study quality changes of transgenic good quality HMW-GS gene lines Longfu06K1079 and Longfu06K1083 between differential years and stability of quality characters, transgenic lines and their parent ‘Longfumai8’have planted an isolation area at 2007-2010. Quality analysis had made for 4 years, and significant difference had been made by variance coefficient (CV) and linear regression coefficient (b value). The results showed that quality characters of transgenic lines were improved, development time of Longfu06K1079 and extensibility and area of Longfu06K1083 were significant (P>0.05) for ‘Longfumai8’. The reactions for different quality characters to environments were different. Protein content, wet gluten content, extensibility and sedimentation value were relatively stable. Development time, stabilization time, area, maximum resistance showed poor stability. While stability was evaluated by variance coefficient (CV) and linear regression coefficient (b value), stability of Longfu06K1083 was relatively good.
