福建省花生秸秆存量、品质与固碳评价

摘    要:为缓解福建省发展畜牧业过程中豆科饲草短缺现状,了解福建省花生秸秆资源情况,为花生秸秆资源的合理利用提供依据,采用随机区组小区试验和品质分析等方法,结合统计年鉴数据,对12个福建省适栽的花生品种秸秆产量、主要品质与固碳量进行评价分析。结果表明:荚果产量为4012.5~5557.5kg/hm2,平均为5119.5kg/hm2;籽仁产量2742~3843kg/hm2,平均为2881.5kg/hm2;花生秸秆鲜草产量为20425.5~28488kg/hm2,平均为24475.5kg/hm2;花生秸秆含水率为69.95%~73.98%,平均为72.41%;估算出2008—2010年福建省花生秸秆鲜草存量约235.087万~242.45303万t,年平均为239.199万t;干草量约64.86万~66.89万t,年平均为65.995万t。秸秆蛋白质含量8.38%~10.7%,平均为9.57%;粗脂肪含量1.2%~2.5%,平均为1.7%;总糖含量0.82%~6.26%,平均为4.72%;蔗糖含量0.4%~3.0%,平均为2.2%;还原糖含量0.4%~3.2%,平均为2.4%;中性洗涤纤维含量43.03%~52.4%,平均为46.48%;酸性洗涤纤维含量33.49%~42.23%,平均为36.67%;酸洗木质素含量7.19%~9.66%,平均为8.15%。综合品质分析,‘福花4号’、‘皖花4号’等品种的秸秆品质较优。福建省花生所固定的CO2约133.455924万~143.007561万t,年平均为136.0317315万t。花生秸秆是优质的牧草资源,可相当于65万t饲料粮食,花生生产对CO2固定的贡献巨大,可减轻CO2排放对大气温室效应的影响。

Abstract:In order to ease the leguminous forage shortage with the development of stock raising in Fujian Province and provide the basis for the use of reasonable,the situation of peanut straw resources of Fujian Province should be researched.Yield and major quality of straw and carbon fixation of 12 peanut varieties suitable for cultivation in Fujian Province were evaluated,by adopting the randomized block experiment and quality analysis methods,combined with the data of statistical yearbook.The results showed that,the pod yield of 4012.5-5557.5 kg/hm 2,for an average of 5119.5 kg/hm 2 ;seed yield of 2742-3843 kg/hm 2,an average of 2881.5 kg/hm 2 ;peanut straw fresh yield of 20425.5-28488 kg/hm 2,for an average of 24475.5 kg/hm 2 ;peanut straw moisture content 69.95%-73.98%,for an average of 72.41%.2008 to 2010 Fujian Province peanut straw fresh yield estimation was 2350870-2424530.3 t,year average of 2391990 t;hay weight of about 648600-668900 t,year average of 659950 t;straw protein content of 8.38%-10.7%,for an average of 9.57%;crude fat content of 1.2%-2.5%,for an average of 1.7% ;the total sugar content of 0.82%-6.26%,for an average of 4.72%;sucrose content of 0.4%-3%,for an average of 2.2%;reducing sugar content of 0.4%-3.2%,for an average of 2.4% ;neutral detergent fiber content 43.03%-52.4%,for an average of 46.48% ;acid detergent fiber content of 33.49%-42.23%,an average of 36.67%;pickling lignin content of 7.19%-9.66%,for an average of 8.15%.2008 to 2010 Fujian Province peanut straw fresh yield estimation was 2350870-2424530.3 t,year average of 2391990 t;hay weight of about 648600-668900 t,year average of 659950 t.Comprehensive analysis,Fuhua 4,Wanhua 4 straw quality were better.Peanut fixed CO 2 about 133.455924-143.007561 t,year average of 136.0317315 t in Fujian Province.Peanut straw was quality pasture resources,equivalent to 650000 t of feed grain.peanut production on CO 2 fixed contribution was enormous and reduced the CO 2 emissions on atmospheric greenhouse effect.
