杂交组合灰色评判在玉米杂交育种中的应用

摘    要:为了科学、准确的从众多杂交组合中挑选出长势和品质都比较优良的组合,并进行下一年度的种植以及选育,采用杂交组合灰色评判系统对玉米自交系杂交种F1代进行系统评判,根据评判结果划分等级,为F2代的选育工作提供可循信息。应用杂交组合灰色评判方法对本实验中5个自交系亲本的完全双列杂交F1代的农艺性状和品质性状进行综合评价和系统分析。分析结果:将杂交种F1代划分为3个等级,1级组合在下年度要适当扩大种植规模,并在以后的世代中重点选择;2级组合应在下年度进行适当规模种植,进行进一步的优良品种筛选;3级组合若没有特殊优点,应当淘汰。

Abstract:In order to select fine combinations in growth vigour and quality scientifically and accurately from lots of them,and plant and select again in the next year.The hybrid combinations F1 of maize inbred line were evaluated,analyzed and separated by Gray Evaluation Method,according to the analysis results.It will provide helpful information for selection of hybrid combinations F2.Using gray evaluation method of hybrid combinations,economical characters and quality traits of F1 derived from full-diallel cross test of five selfing line parent strains were evaluated and analyzed.Hybrid combination F1 was separated into three classes,first-class combinations should be expanded to the scale of cultivation in next year,and selected carefully in all subsequent generations.Second-class combination should be cultivated in proper scale,and selected better generations again.Third-class combination should be eliminated if there are no special advantages.
