| 摘 要： | 药物代谢酶在猪体内外源及内药性物质的生物转化中起着至关重要的作用，细胞色素P450是猪肝脏中重要的代谢酶。此文对猪药物代谢酶的分类、细胞色素CYP亚型、CYP与药物相互作用的关系等重要研究领域的成果进行了详细阐述，并展望了猪药物代谢酶未来的研究方向，旨在为养猪业临床合理用药提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Metabolic enzymes have the crucial role in metabolism of the exogenous and endogenous substances in pigs,Cytochrome P450 was the most important enzyme family.The progress on metabolic enzymes classification,pig cytochromes subtype,relationship between CYP and drug was reviewed.Pig metabolic future research focus was prospected.In this article we provided the scientific basis for reasonable utilization of clinical drug. |
