摘    要:以小叶锦鸡儿茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的IAA、IBA、NAA、6-BA等单因子和不同比例的细胞分裂素组合试验。结果表明:在芽的诱导增殖过程中, MS+NAA1.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L的培养基效果好,诱导率为87.3%。生根培养过程中, MS+IAA5mg/L的培养基效果好。

Abstract:Stalk segments of Caragan microphylla Lam were cultured as explants on medium supplemented with plant hormone in different concentrations.The results showed that Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with NAA 1.5mg/L,6-BA0.5mg/L was the most effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of the shoots. The induction rate was 87.3%. The optimum rooting medium was MS+IAA5mg/L.
