摘    要:志贺菌属细菌是引起细菌性痢疾(菌痢)的主要病原菌。近年来随着抗菌药物大量用于治疗菌痢,临床上出现大量多重耐药志贺菌株,这些多耐药株产生速度快,耐药率高,从而使菌痢的发病率居高不下。为了控制菌痢的蔓延及流行,研究志贺菌属的多重耐药机制迫在眉睫。为了详细了解志贺菌属细菌的多重耐药机制及探索解决其问题的途径,本文旨在对志贺菌属细菌的耐药机制做一综述。

Abstract:Shigella is the main pathogen of shigellosis.Since antimicrobial agents were generous employed to treat shigellosis in recent years,clinical multiple-antibiotic-resistance in Shigella spp.had been widely appeared,which had a quickly speed and a high antibiotic-resistance rate.So it had a high incidence rate.In order to control the spread and prevail of shigellosis,it was imminent to study the multiple-antibiotic-resistant mechanisms in Shigella spp..In order to know the multiple-antibiotic-resistant mechani...
