| 摘 要： | 为了研究蟾酥注射液对马立克氏病的预防作用，试验采用鸡马立克氏病动物模型来评价蟾酥注射液的预防效果。首先建立感染马立克氏病毒的雏鸡模型，然后通过蟾酥注射液对感染鸡的治疗，应用致病率、治愈率、保护率和相对增重率等指标评价药物对机体的保护作用，深入探讨蟾酥注射液对马立克病毒感染的预防效果。

| Abstract: | To study the antiviral action of Venenum Bufonis injection and the effects of anti-tumor which virus caused, the test using animal models to evaluate the preventive effect of Venenum Bufonis injection. Venenum Bufonis injection can reduce the clinical signs and pathological changes of Marek's disease, reduce morbidity and mortality, prolong survival rate and improve the protection rate and growth rate.
