| 摘 要： | 以油茶枯饼为原料，筛选生产优质高蛋白饲料的菌种为目的。通过平板点种试验，选用黑曲霉为指示菌，又根据刺激圈试验以及三角瓶发酵培养，获得油茶枯饼生产蛋白饲料的最佳菌种组合，油茶枯饼发酵后粗蛋白含量为16.94%，较未发酵时的10.82%提高了56.56%。试验结果表明，油茶枯饼生产蛋白饲料的最佳菌种组合为：地衣芽孢杆菌10181︰黑曲霉︰葡萄汁酵母1445︰米曲霉=1︰1︰1︰1时为优选接种比例。
