水肥耦合对日光温室生菜品质和产量影响效应的研究

摘    要:本试验利用四因素五水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究不同水肥组合对生菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,水肥组合与生菜品质和产量呈极显著关系。其中磷肥对VC含量和产量的贡献率最大,其次是灌水量、氮肥和钾肥,而对可溶性糖的贡献率顺序为P>N>灌水量>K。鉴此,提出了温室生菜生产最优水肥组合方案:氮肥施用量为518.3~583.5 kg/hm2,磷肥施用量为536.1~626.3 kg/hm2,钾肥施用量为150.0~154.5 kg/hm2,灌水量为537.2~545.9 m3/hm2。
