| 摘 要： | 本试验利用四因素五水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计，研究不同水肥组合对生菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明，水肥组合与生菜品质和产量呈极显著关系。其中磷肥对VC含量和产量的贡献率最大，其次是灌水量、氮肥和钾肥，而对可溶性糖的贡献率顺序为P>N>灌水量>K。鉴此，提出了温室生菜生产最优水肥组合方案：氮肥施用量为518.3~583.5 kg/hm2，磷肥施用量为536.1~626.3 kg/hm2，钾肥施用量为150.0~154.5 kg/hm2，灌水量为537.2~545.9 m3/hm2。
