农村居民点用地集约利用评价研究——以江苏省为例

在建立研究思路和技术路线的基础上，构建了农村居民点用地集约利用评价指标体系。采用2005年江苏省土地利用、村镇建设和社会经济统计等数据，对全省65个地域单元进行了实证分析。结果表明，全省65个地域单元的农村居民点用地集约利用评价分值介于18.3～83.4，基本呈正态分布规律。全省农村居民点用地集约利用水平具有明显的区域差异，从南向北大致呈降低态势。不同地区应因地制宜，采取有效措施积极提高农村居民点用地集约利用水平。

Study on Evaluation for Land Intensive Using of Rural Residential Areas: A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

On the basis of study scheme and technology route of evaluation system, an evaluating index system for land intensive using of the rural residential areas has been established. A case study in Jiangsu province is described in 2005. The results showed that the distribution of evaluating values of 65 regions in Jiangsu Province is from 18.3 to 83.4, and obeys the normal distribution. The intensive degree of the rural residential areas is differences in the spatial distribution, and decreases generally from south to north of Jiangsu Province. In different regions, measures adaptable to local conditions should be taken to promote the intensive degree of the rural residential areas adjust measures to local conditions.
