摘    要:采用开花当天的大花蕙兰花粉,设计了多种人工花粉萌发培养基对其培养,结果证明大花蕙兰的人工花粉萌发培养基的蔗糖浓度应为30%,添加50mg/L GA3和0.15%CaCl2可以促进花粉的发芽。试验发现大花蕙兰的花粉在人工培养基上萌芽所需时间较长,约4d左右。萌芽后很难继续伸长,可见其花粉的人工培养有一定的难度。
