摘    要:【研究目的】评价几个水稻新品种(系)对褐飞虱的抗性。【主要方法】用苗期鉴定、分蘖期蜜露量测定以及田间褐飞虱种群动态调查及测产的方法评价几个水稻新品种(系)对褐飞虱的抗性。【主要结果】从苗期鉴定、分蘖期蜜露量测定以及田间褐飞虱种群动态调查及产量测定的综合结果看出,应用分子标记辅助育种导入了Bph14 和Bph15基因培育的新品系,即沪旱1A/07WH1462、川香29A/07WH644、川香29A/07WH1462、中9A/07WH1462、沪旱1A/07WH644和中9A/07WH644对褐飞虱均存在一定的抗虫性,前三种苗期表现为抗级,后三种苗期表现为中抗;主栽品种珞红3A/610234为感虫,主栽品种两优培九为高感。在整个生育期不追肥、不施用农药的情况下,抗-中抗品系中以中抗品系中9A/07WH1462的667m2产量最高,比主栽品种两优培九的产量高约14.8%。【结论】若进行科学管理水肥,中9A/07WH1462品系的产量会更高,可见中9A/07WH1462抗虫品种具有推广应用前景。

Abstract:【Objective】Evaluating the resistance of several new rice lines to Nalaparvata lugens.【Method】Adopting seedling screening test,honeydew measurement during tillering stage,field investigation of Nalaparvata lugens populations and rice yield to evaluate the resistance.【Results】All the six new rice lines including Huhan1A/07WH1462,Chuanxiang29A/07WH644,Chuangxiang29A/07WH1462,Zhong9A/07WH1462,Huhan1A/07WH644 and Zhong9A/07WH644 which had insert Bph14 and Bph15 showed some resistance to brown planthopper.Huhan1A/07WH1462,Chuanxiang29A/07WH644,Chuangxiang29A/07WH1462 had resistance,whill Zhong9A/07WH1462,Huhan1A/07WH644 and Zhong9A/07WH644 had moderate resistance to brown planthopper.The maior cultivar Luohong3A/610234 was susceptible, and Liangyoupeijiu was highly susceptible to brown planthopper.Among these resistant and moderately resistant lines,Zhong9A/07WH1462 had the highest yield,it was 14.8% higher than Liangyoupeijiu.【Conclusion】If manage water and fertilizer in a reasonable way, the line of Zhong9A/07WH1462 could had higher yield.So we could say that Zhong9A/07WH1462 had a brighter prospects.
