早籼杂交稻米氨基酸含量的研究

摘    要:以8个早籼杂交稻组合为材料,分别测定相应的糙米、精米中的氨基酸含量。结果表明:所试8个组合氨基酸总量,各组合之间无显著差异;具体每个氨基酸水平大致相同。糙米和精米的氨基酸总量分别为8.902% ̄8.091%和7.748% ̄6.976%之间,两者差异达极显著。文中提出,今后改良早籼杂交稻氨基酸品质的途径,以及稻米加工过程对氨基酸营养品质的利用。

Abstract:In this study, the contents of amino acids in brown rice and head rice of early-indica hybrid rice combinations were analyzed respectively. The results showed that the contents of amino acids in early-indica hybrid rice combinations exhibited no difference, whereas the contents of amino acids in brown rice and head rice were 8.902%~8.091% and 7.748%~6.976% respectively, between which significant difference existed. The study proposed the way to improve hybrid rice amino acids and the contents of the amino acids utilization for rice production.
