温室黄瓜枯萎病根际微生物动态变化研究

摘    要:本文对不同连作年限,不同介质土壤,不同生育时期的黄瓜枯萎病根际微生物数量动态研究。研究结果表明黄瓜枯萎病随着连作年限的增加,土壤砂性增加而增加。伴随连作年限的增加,土壤微生物总量、细菌、放线菌数均呈倒“马鞍”形变化,真菌数量则呈线性增长。砂性土壤中的真菌数高于粘性土壤,细菌和放线菌低于粘性土壤;且这些根际真菌、放线菌数量在黄瓜初花期、结瓜期呈明显上升趋势,而细菌数量则呈波动变化,在初花期出现下降趋势。

Abstract:Under Fusarium oxysporum(Scl11.)f.sp.cucumerinum owen stress, the rhizosphere microorganism population fluctuation for cucumber was analyzed at diferent living stages of plants, soil texture and solar greenhouse soil continuous cropping in Super Corporation. With the year increased and the soil sandy increased,the glasshouse cucumber’s wilt disease increased. While the number of fungi appeared an liner increase, the number of bacteria,actinomyce as well as total micmflora showed a trend with a saddle—shaped curve. Fusarium oxysporum were mainly physiology groups. Namely, and it was higher in loam soil than those in sandy soil. The quantity of rhizosphere fungi and actinomyces increased markably at flowering phase and fruiting period. Respectively, however, a sharp dicrease happened at flowering phase for rhizosphere bacterium quantity.
